Shanghai Papa CNY2024 Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The lucky draw is organised by Shanghai Papa.

3. The lucky draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age or entrants below the age of 18 with permission of their parent/guardian. Shanghai Papa staff members and their family are excluded from the draw.

4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

6. The lucky draw is free to enter.

7. To enter the lucky draw, register your name and email on winactiecny2024.shanghaipapa.nl

8. The lucky draw is open for entry from Saturday February 10th until Friday February 16th 23:59.

9. Shanghai Papa will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete of inaccurate.

10. The prize is a dinner for two (2) at Shanghai Papa with a total worth of €90,- (ninety euros), it will consist of approximately 2-3 portions of dim sum, 2 dishes, 2 side dishes and 2 non-alcoholic drinks. In case the winner chooses additional dishes which will exceed the total price of €90,- (ninety euros), the additional amount will be paid by the winner on spot.

11. Any remaining or unused value of the prize cannot be cashed out and cannot be used on another occasion.

12. The winner will be drawn at random.

13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

14. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

15. The decision of Shanghai Papa regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

16. The winner will be notified after 19 February 2024 via the email provided during subscription.

17. Shanghai Papa will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

18. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 7 (seven) days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Shanghai Papa reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

19. The prize is valid till 31 May 2024, not valid on Friday evenings from 16:00, Saturdays and public holidays.

20. All entrants consents to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Shanghai Papafor the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

21. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at dimsum@shanghaipapa.nl

22. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of residence to any other prize draw participants if requested via Shanghai Papa

23. An announcement of the winners first name and place of residence will be made via shanghaipapa.nl and social media channels of Shanghai Papa.

24. The winner agrees to have their picture taken for marketing and promotion purposes and posting on Shanghai Papa website and social media channels.

25. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Shanghai Papa Privacy Policy.

26. Shanghai Papa does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected or not selected for a prize.

27. Shanghai Papa reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

28. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts The Netherlands.
